We’re looking for a creative, energetic, and thoughtful Program Director to join our year-round team! This position plays an important role in shaping summer camp experiences and year-round retreats at Camp Wapo and Ox Lake Bible Camp, with a particular focus on leadership and programming at Ox Lake.

The ideal candidate is passionate about outdoor ministry, enjoys working with young people, and finds joy in leading and supporting others. From developing meaningful programs and mentoring summer staff to building relationships with congregations and helping camp run smoothly, this role offers the opportunity to make a lasting difference.
