Welcome back!

We had the absolute best first full day here at camp! Our afternoon started off with some free time. During free time, campers have many different places to visit, including the beach, boats, Art Shop, canteen, and much more. Each day, we also have different tournaments, and today we had a very competitive Air Square tournament!

After a while, we gathered for dinner, where we enjoyed some Choose Your Own Adventure chicken. Once we finished dinner, we headed back to our cabins to dive into the Word. During Bible study, we learned more about our theme, the Wonder of Mystery, by reading about the angel’s visit to Mary.

We love Bible study, but we had to journey down to the Coliseum for EPIC Awards. EPIC stands for Everyone Participates in Community. Each day, we spend time recognizing campers who are doing amazing things and making a difference in our community.

Directly after EPIC Awards, we transitioned into an all-camp game called Conquer the Castle. Once the game wrapped up, we headed into campfire prep and canteen time.

Then it was time for campfire, where we gathered together to worship through song and prayer. As campfire came to a close, we headed back to our cabins for devotions before settling in for bed.

We had a great day and hope tomorrow is even better!
