Oh what a day we have had!

After our delicious lunch we headed back to our cabins for some quite time. After quiet time we all went to many different spaces to spend free time. With the Air quality we made sure to include inside activities for campers to enjoys. Today we had our art shop inside and some open hang out spaces. Outside we had campers swimming in the lake and competing in a carpet ball tournament.

After free time we all rushed back to our cabins to get ready for banquet. For banquet this year we traveled around the world while enjoying some pulled pork and mac and cheese.

After banquet we were so happy to see some rain even if it was for just a few minuets. As soon as the rain finished we gathered for a more special EPIC Awards. We got to recognize many different campers. All week we have had a mole create havoc around camp, and tonight we finally found out who it was!

We then transitioned into Wapo County Fair. during Wapo County Fair we had many different stations to visit that were both inside and out. We could go get our face painted, hair washed, get hair tinsel, nails painted and many more.

At Camp Wapo we love an old school game of dodge ball where all the campers go against the counselors. It was so much fun to play all together before getting ready for campfire. Our campfire tonight is a little bit special and different as we include prayer stations. These stations serve as a time for campers to reflect on their faith and their week here at camp.

Now we are off to devos and one last sleep here at camp.

We have had such a good week and can’t believe we are nearing the end. We all hope everyone knows that they are loved by us and loved by God!

We are so excited for one final day here at camp!
