Ropes are Rocking

It was a great Tuesday at Ox Lake! We started our day with a delicious breakfast followed by morning worship in the Earth Chapel. After that, we went to the front of our site for some team building on our low ropes course. Sneaking through the rope spider web is a fun challenge for us!

We hiked to DD Kennedy for some time swimming and to have a picnic in the park. There, we also did our bible study. Tuesday’s theme was “Pray Always” and the scripture came from The Lord’s Prayer. We shared how prayer has been a part of our lives and talked about how God is always there for us through prayer.

Later that night we got to take a trip into town. We enjoyed Tuesday Tunes at the Amery bandshell. It was great to have some time to jam out and show off our best moves – if you count doing the wheelbarrow as dancing! 🙂 And of course, our trip is not complete without stopping at Ellie’s (an Amery must!) for some ice cream!

Back at camp, we ended our night with a campfire, night snack, and devos. What a fun and faith-filled day for these campers!
