Wilderness is offering opportunities for families and other small groups to come up to experience the woods, connect with WCB, and stay in a private cabin, all in a safe and socially distanced manner.
Family Getaways provide ample free time to enjoy the Northwoods with your group, along with some opportunities for support from our staff each day (lifeguarded waterfront times, guided paddles, nature hikes, etc.). Additionally, Just Love programming will be offered for families to explore together. Meals are included and will be offered in “take out” style.
Rates: The cost is $600/cabin for 3 nights. For groups of more than 2 people, there is an additional cost of $100/person. Available cabins include: Birch Yurt, Red Pine Yurt, Selah, Listening Point, *Stillwater, and Arthur. (*Stillwater is priced per room due to its size).
Dates: Each family getaway is available for reservation by the weekend, with Thursday afternoon arrivals and Sunday morning departures.
