Ox Lake Employment – Overview

Help high school campers find their people and their purpose – under the pines and around the campfire. At Ox Lake, we keep things intentional and small so connection comes first. As Roots staff, you’ll lead cabins and activities, spark honest faith conversations, and turn everyday moments – meals, games, worship, skits – into practice for real character: community-mindedness, resilience, and gratitude.

You’ll set a tone of belonging, guide simple reflections that help campers feel seen and supported, and jump in wherever the team needs you to keep the community strong.

If you believe connection changes lives, love the outdoors, and can bring calm and joy when plans shift, apply to Ox Lake Roots. Let’s build the kind of camp every high schooler deserves to belong to.
