Staff Kicks Off Summer

Summer staff training is officially underway! We welcomed new staff to Camp Wapo on Saturday afternoon. Now, we are all getting ready for an amazing summer! We’ve started preparing with some manual times to get familiar with logistics for the summer. The staff has also spent time in our theme teams and specialty groups to begin planning worship and camp activities.

God blessed us with a beautiful sunset on our first night of worship for the summer. Gathering at campfire to learn new songs has been a highlight of our time together so far. 

Additionally, we’ve enjoyed playing games like Fruit Basket Upset and Shuffle Your Buns in Crossfire Chapel as we get to know each other. Staff have also found time to bond through playing board games, dancing, teaching each other guitar, and even playing with slime!
