See You Later!
We’re so sad to see this group of kiddos go home today. Today our counselors gave us breakfast in bed, we had some yummy breakfast pizzas and cinnamon rolls. In order to go home today we had to do something we might not like, which is packing up all our things and cleaning our cabin. We had one last bible study where we got to learn how God can restore our faith in each other, God, and ourselves. Of course we had to play one last game of Mighty Mighty. We got to eat a picnic lunch right after which were some yummy corn dogs, chips and veggies. One of our favorite things is closing worship since we get to invite the different cabins up to help sing songs and do the dances. We don’t like to see our campers go home especially after the fun week we have but we hope to see them all next summer.
Parents, here are some questions to ask your kiddo about their week here:
What is something they learned about their faith this week? Did they feel God’s presence here at camp?
Which game was their favorite to play this week?
Did they have fun at H2O Olympics/beach bash? What was their favorite thing?
Did they learn anything new about the stars? What was the star talk? And did they enjoy it?
What did they do during free time?
What was your favorite thing at the county fair?
