Lord Prepare Us

Lord prepare us for a great Seeds session. What a sunny and humid day to start our fourth Seeds weekend! With the sun beaming down on us, campers and counselors were able to bask in the glory of God’s creation during Bible study. Campers were able to TAKE HOLD of the promise that God gives each of them in today’s Bible verse (also our theme!) John 16:33. Following Bible study, we devoured chicken tenders for dinner and campers watched their counselors in skits where they performed as life guards, movie directors, athletes, and bean chefs. Not only did we traverse the Bible, we journeyed across the vast ocean of the Soccer Field, playing Ships Across the Ocean. And if fish and sharks weren’t already amazing, we finished off the night with campfire and S’MORES. We look forward to s’more fun tomorrow!
