We had the best Monday! Our day was full of worshiping, dancing, laughing and lots of smiles. We had delicious meals prepared by our incredible kitchen staff and some lucky campers had fun with a kitchen party (which is what we call helping with the dishes).

In Bible study and chapel we learned about Psalm 148 which tells us that everyone rejoices in the Lord in unique ways. What a joy!

This afternoon we played Mighty Mighty Scoop Noodle Challenge. This is one of our favorite camp games and we could tell the campers loved it too!  After lunch we headed to the beach for swim tests. All the campers did a great job! Because it was such a gorgeous sunny day, the beach was a busy place during free time.

Today we also played another camp game, Scavenger Hunt. The game sends campers on an adventure all over camp looking for clues. When they have all the clues and solve the puzzle it tells them where to go next.  The answer to today’s puzzle was canteen and everyone headed there for “Monday Night Live”. Campers love to watch how silly their counselors can be!

We ended the day with a great campfire. We even had some campers up front to play instruments or help with dance moves.
