Greetings from Camp!

It has been a spectacular day so far, we played a Wapo classic, Mighty Mighty Scoop Noodle Challenge. It’s a silly game of skipping and running and trying yo get each team’s random collection of sports equipment back to their side of the field. We ate some yummy food, like french toast sticks for breakfast and pulled pork sandwiches for lunch. We have danced and sang this morning at chapel and dug into the bible during bible study.

Today’s theme was Peace and we learned all about Jesus calming the storm and to trust in Him always. This afternoon, we got to take our swim test! Our swim test is a quick lap and some treading water for 2 minutes! this helps our staff during beach time! After swim test, We got to enjoy a little bit of free time which could include: canteen, shoppo, art shop and so much more! We ate a scrumptious dinner of fettuccini alfredo before heading over to play an all camp game of Capture the Flag.

This evening we got to experience a worship with Pastor Paul Oman and Drawn to the Word where Pastor Paul paints a picture while we reflect and listen to some of our counselors while they shared their talents. We went into cabin challenge and canteen time before heading down to campfire for the night!

Now it’s time for devotions and BED TIME!!
