What a Day We Had!

Our afternoon started with all of us heading to Beach Bash! During Beach Bash, we played tug-of-war, built sandcastles, participated in a belly flop contest, and so much more. Our craft of the day was tie-dye, which was even more fun to make during Beach Bash. We wrapped up Beach Bash by pieing our counselors!

Beach Bash was so much fun, and to keep the excitement going, we headed straight into free time. Whether campers spent their time at the beach, the Art Shop, or exploring other activities around camp, everyone had a great afternoon. Gaga was a popular place to be, as it was the tournament of the day. After a while, it was time for dinner.

Dinner was build-your-own pasta, and it was delicious! Afterward, we had some cabin time before gathering once again for another round of the EPIC Awards. We love celebrating our campers and seeing everyone participate in our camp community!

Next, it was time for a camp favorite—Chip Noodle! We had a blast running all over camp searching for chips. Once the game was over, we headed into Canteen time and campfire prep. There’s nothing better than spending time together as a camp community.

As we gathered for campfire, we entered a time of worship and praised God together. When campfire came to a close, our Sprout campers headed back to their cabins for devotions and bed. Our Vines and Branches campers, however, had one more game to play! They enjoyed a fun night game called Rat Pack.

After the game, we all headed back to our cabins for devotions before settling in for the night.

We can’t wait to see all the possibilities tomorrow will bring!
