Oh what a beautiful day we have had here at Camp Wapo!

We started our afternoon with free time where we had many different activities to choose from like; swimming in the lake, boating, art shop and canteen. We had an air square tournament that was super fun to play in the shade. With the heat we spent a lot of time at the water staying cool.

After free time we gathered for dinner where we enjoyed some “choose your own adventure” chicken, it was so yummy! We then headed back to our cabins where we dove into the Word. We learned about The Angels Visit to Mary and the Wonder of Mystery and the question of How Can This Be.

After Bible study we all gathered at the colosseum for E.P.I.C Awards. E.P.I.C stands for Everyone Participates in Community. It is an opportunity to highlight campers who are going above and beyond in taking care of themselves, space and each other.

After E.P.I.C we played a really fun game of Conquer the Castle. After the game we headed back to our cabins where we got ready for campfire. But before campfire, we had to head to the canteen and enjoy some treats. As soon as those treats were finished we headed down to campfire to worship all together.

Now we are headed back to our cabins for devos and some much needed rest. We can’t wait for tomorrow!
