We can’t believe it is our last full day!

this morning we started out with a wonderful surprise of sleeping in. Once we all finally got ready for the day, we headed to breakfast where we enjoyed a cereal bar and muffins, it was so tasty.

We then made our way to chapel where we worshiped all together and learned what our theme for the day was. Today we are focusing on the Wonder of Community, and the question  of Who are We? In bible study we explored more into that idea while reading about the early church.

Once we finished bible study, we headed off to lunch, where we had some delicious Italian dunkers and meatballs. Following lunch we headed off to quite time where we all enjoyed some rest.

Following quite time we had our final free time. We had all the activities that we typically have like swimming and art shop, but we had an one final tournament. The basketball tournament, it was so much fun to play and watch.

Once free time ended we all made our ways back to our cabins so we could get ready for banquet. This year for banquet we are traveling around the world and enjoying some delicious pulled pork and mac and cheese.

We still had so much left to enjoy before the day ended and that included another EPIC Awards. Tonight we recognized more cabins and individuals but we also found out who the mole was. Each day someone was creating havoc around camp and cabins were given clues to figure out it out.

We then transitioned into a fun time called Wapo County Fair. during Wapo County Fair campers were able to get their face painted, visit the hydration station, have caricatures drawn of them and many more. Soon after that we had a huge game of dodgeball where campers and counselors faced off against each other, it was so much fun!

We then entered a time of worship down at the campfire, directly following we entered a more reflective time of warship. WE placed different prayer stations where campers could visit and reflet on their week.

After that we made our way back to our cabins for one final devo and to get some sleep before one final day.
