We are sad to send these children home today. Today, our counselors served us delicious breakfast pizzas and cinnamon pastries in bed. We had to pack up everything and clean our cabin in order to leave for home today, both of which we might not have enjoyed. In our final Bible study, we learned how God can renew our faith in him, in one another, and in ourselves. We had to play one final round of Mighty Mighty, of course. After that, we had a picnic lunch with delicious corn dogs, chips, and vegetables. Closing worship is one of our favorites since we get to invite the various cabins up to help sing songs and do the dances. Especially after our enjoyable week together, we hate to see our campers leave, but we hope to see them all again the following summer.

Parents, here are some questions to ask your kiddo about their week here:

What is something they learned about their faith this week? Did they feel God’s presence here at camp?

Which game was their favorite to play this week?

Did they have fun at H2O olympics/beach bash? What was their favorite thing?

Did they learn anything new about the stars? What was the star talk? And did they enjoy it?

What did they do during free time?

What was your favorite thing at the county fair?
