We never want cost to be a barrier to camp. Partial and full scholarships are available, and we’re committed to working alongside churches and families to ensure every child who wants to come to camp can do so.

  • Contact your church – most churches provide scholarships or fundraising to help families with the cost of camp.
  • Set up a payment plan – the full fee is due 2 weeks prior to your camper’s arrival. Log in to your account anytime to make a payment or set up a monthly payment plan.
  • Fill out a scholarship request form. We can provide scholarships in any amount.
  • Any combination of the above 3 options!

You can register starting January 15. Look for “My Church is Not Listed” on the event selection screen.

Partner churches are able to reserve priority numbers that are held until February 16th. This means you may be placed on a waiting list for the session you want. Starting on February 16th, we work to offer wait listed campers any open registration spots. Campers are waitlisted in the order they registered so don’t hesitate to register in the session that works best for you.

Campers must be registered by their parent or legal guardian.  This allows us to have correct information for both the child and parent or legal guardian.

We use the following guidelines in this order:

  • By gender / housing option – based on what is indicated on the camper’s registration form
  • By grade completed – campers are grouped by grade (4–5th gr, 6–7th gr, 8–9th gr, 10–12th gr)
  • By buddy requests – we do our best to honor these when possible
  • By home church – campers from the same church are often housed together if it fits with the above guidelines

We want every camper to feel safe, comfortable, and supported at camp. For some campers and families, all-gender housing helps create a sense of belonging and reduces social stress. This may be a great fit for campers like mixed-gender siblings/cousins/twins who want to be together, campers who haven’t always felt like they “fit” with peers of their gender, camper who have experienced anxiety around traditional cabin placements, campers with a variety of gender expressions, or campers who simply feel more comfortable in a mixed-gender space.

No. This is strictly optional. Standard housing (boys’ cabins and girls’ cabins) options will continue as usual.

No. A camper will only be placed in all-gender housing if it is specifically opted in during registration by their parent/guardian.

We’re inviting families (optional) to share supports/IEP/504 plans so we can better understand how campers are already supported and successful during the school year. Often these plans include strategies that help with routines, communication, learning, sensory needs, or social situations –  and those same tools can sometimes help at camp too.

We treat this information with care and privacy. It will only be shared with staff who need it to best support your camper during their time at camp.
