SUMMARY:Outdoor Worship at Wilderness
DESCRIPTION:Join us for worship in our outdoor chapel on select Sundays this summer! Services will begin at 10:30 AM and pontoons will be available to take guests from the Cove to the chapel beginning at 10:00 AM. Please sign up at the link below if you plan on attending\, or give camp a call at (218) 388-2241. SUMMARY:Donor & Volunteer Appreciation Day
DESCRIPTION:We are incredibly grateful for the donors and volunteers who have faithfully supported Camp Wapo\, Ox Lake and Wilderness Canoe Base\, especially through this pandemic time.  We simply could not have sustained this ministry without you.  Your gifts helped us through a complete closure and cancellation of all programs and retreats for a full year.  Your gifts helped us prepare for a much anticipated and long-awaited for 2021 summer camp season.  Your gifts are supporting an incredible summer staff at Wapo\, Ox and Wilderness – these young adults are outstanding!  Your gifts have brought CAMPERS\,  laughter\, praising\, singing\, field games\, paddling\, campfires\, and so much more back to our sites. \nIt’s time to gather and celebrate!  We hope you can join us for this special THANK YOU event.  The event will be held at Camp Wapo to honor all of our Wapo\, Ox Lake and Wilderness Canoe Base donors and volunteers.  You are welcome to come anytime between 10:00 and 2:00 for an open house.  We will offer tours of camp and you can get a sneak peek at the building project at Wapo.  Building during covid has presented its share of challenges that have slowed progress significantly (supplies\, workforce\, delivery delays\, etc.)\, but you’ll still get a good idea of what the finished project will look like. \nA picnic lunch will be served between 11:00am-1:00pm.   Bring your family and friends! \nTo help us plan for food\, please RSVP by August 3rd.
